Copy/paste of a file link creates a copy of file content
When cutting & pasting links, it is the link that is moved, not the actual file. One would expect the copy to also create a new link targeting the same file, but instead it creates a new physical file with the same contents as the original file to
which the link exists.
This is due to a limitation that a single file cannot be linked to more than once from a single project, same as in C# project system. However, C# in this scenario simply forbids the copy, showing an error dialog "Cannot copy linked files within the same
project". PTVS should do the same for its projects.
