Minor VisualStudio tools enhancements

Hi there everyone,

first off, the IronPython VS2010 tools are excellent, thank you!

But, I'd like to suggest a few minor cosmetic enhancements for Python programmers used to other IDEs.

  1. Could you please add the option to remove the annoying wavy underline (error detection) in the editor for IronPython code?
  2. Could you also add the option for visually displaying (vertical guides) tab indentation? I'm used to SciTE and it had it all, incl. this handy feature: http://www.duber.cz/dump/indent_guides.png
  3. One last minor thing, could you also add the option to highlight current lines? Again, check the SciTE screenshot for reference. I'm not sure if this one is actually related to Python, or not, but I can't find the setting anywhere in VS2010

I'm using the VS2010 integrated shell and IronPython 2.7

Thank you very much in advance, keep the great work up!
