Installers should all use same bitmaps

description

The installers for PyKinect and Pyvot samples still use the stock WiX bitmaps.
The installer for WFastCGI uses a stock WiX bitmap on the error/end page.

They should all use the bitmaps used by the PTVS installer (with appropriate version of VS icon).
