Put version in name of the MSI installer

description

It would be nice to put the version number in the file name of the MSI installer. This would help disambiguate when you've previously downloaded a version and are downloading a new version and don't know which is which.

Yeah, and while we're at it, show the (full) version information in VS's Help|About dialog. It's just '1.0' now.

1.0's fine for 1.0, but 1.0.1/1.1 should definitely show the correct version.

Fixed - by default our BuildPublicRelease script now copies the resulting MSI w/ a version number in the filename. That'll force us to keep it having the correct version and always upload an msi w/ the filename info.
