Breakpoints Broken in 2.1 B2?

description

I've been using PVS 2.0 for about 3 months, and really like how I can debug Python code (the Enthought editor has no debugger that I can find :().
Well, yesterday I 'upgraded' to 2.1 Beta2. Now, if I set multiple breakpoints, the debugger will stop at the first it encounters, but if I tell it to run, it never breaks at any other points, nor does the program operate! I can hit the Stop button, and execution will stop, but the pause/break button also does nothing :(

I'm now trying to remove 2.1 B2 and go back to 2.0.

Well, I uninstalled 2.1 B2 and reinstalled 2.0, but I still can't continue past the first breakpoint :(

Anyone have any ideas how I can get my debugging back?

That's really strange, we definitely want to allow people to go back to our last official release after testing a beta version...

Does the same behaviour happen if you start a new project and just put a few print statements in it? (We occasionally see issues with debugging some complicated code, so this will help us see if it's a problem with multiple breakpoints or with complex code.)

any chance you could send us your project privately (ptvshelp@microsoft.com)?
