New Django project doesn't run on WinPython

description

Create a new project from Django project template, and set WinPython as the active interpreter (without virtualenv). Try to run it. This is what shows up in the Output window:

Suspect it's a 32/64-bit incompatibility that shouldn't have occurred.

Was this with 64-bit Python on 32-bit OS?

That VM is gone, but that may well be the case.
