From existing code dialog when solution dir matches code dir

description

Let's say you have a non PTVS project here:
C:\nonptvs\FlaskWebProject4

In New Project dialog, you set:
Location: C:\nonptvs\FlaskWebProject4
Name: PythonApplication1

Click OK, in the Create Project from Existing Code dialog, you'll see in the first textbox:
C:\nonptvs\FlaskWebProject4

Which is correct.

Next page, you will not see any python files in the list box. You cannot 'finish' this wizard.

This only happens if you've selected to create the project in the same location as where the sources are.

This scenario works in NTVS.

We need to trigger the PropertyChanged event of the textbox when the value is first set.
