Run pylint command can't install pylint if pip isn't installed

On a brand new Python 3.3 install, I tried to run Pylint command. It asked me to install Pylint, I selected yes. Then I saw this in the output window:
When I select Python->Run Pylint

C:\Python33 (64bit)\python.exe: No module named pip
C:\Python33 (64bit)\python.exe: No module named 'pylint'
If we need pip to install pylint, we probably should install it. This is just to help beginners, most users will know how to get around this, or will have pip installed by the time they try pylint.

This is already fixed in the most recent bits.
