Dunder methods followed by type name are not filtered
With the default settings - 'Hide advanced members' and not 'Member list shows intersection...' - dunder methods that aren't in all types are shown by default.
For example, int and float both contain
__abs__ but only int has
__xor__. Neither of these members should be displayed because of 'Hide advanced members', but
__xor__ (int) (and similar) will be shown because it does not start and end with
__. We should hide this member as well.
