Sometimes when the database is loaded some function references are not resolved - they appear as "Constant None" rather than the actual function.
The module containing the function appears to have loaded correctly. This may be related to
- no indication is given in release builds that the fixups have failed.
According to Steve, this is a race condition. Sometimes this work, sometimes it doesn't. Machine speed may be at play. I've seen it work in VS 2010 and VS 2012, but I've seen it fail on them too.
Sometimes numpy. won't give me anything. Sometimes it does, but nump.arange( won't give any signature help.
