Debugging should warn about changes to project files

description

We should warn the users when editing files while debugging is in progress.

Suggestion is to do something like C++. However we should have a checkbox to the effect of "Don't ever bother me with this silliness again".

This source file has changed. It no longer matches the version of the file used to build the application being debugged.
