Hi,

Anyone know if it is possible to set custom syntax highlighting for python, like something you can get in sublime text. Meaning more advanced stuff than provided by default. Say customizable color for function name, parameters specific operators.

It's certainly possible to customize the colours that are there (look under Tools/Options/Fonts and Colors), but right now we don't have any support for changing the colours of variables based on their type (for example, is this variable a type, or is it a function?) or context (for example, is this a parameter? is it constant?).

We have two features open for working on this, and I actually have a lot of the code written, but we have higher priorities and I haven't been able to finish it. You can vote for #852 and #527, which will help us prioritise this feature for our next version.
