Set default port and auto-restart server (Django debugging)

Can I set the default port for the local server when debugging a Django project?

And can I make the server auto-restart when I make changes to the code?

There is an option in Project, Properties, Debug that will let you set the port for each project.

Unfortunately, the auto-reload features of most web frameworks (probably all, but I can't be sure) break our debugger, so we have to disable them. If you find the option for Django you can set it in the Script Arguments property, but it may stop debugging from working, sorry.
