Hello,

I want to know how I can do this using pytools.

cat test.tsv | ./map.py | ./red.py

I want to run 2 python scripts at once along with a file which has data.

Assuming you want to debug both scripts, the usual "Debug" command will not work for you, since it launches a single Python interpreter/process for debugging - and here, you will have two. Your best bet would be to run this command from a regular command prompt, and then use Debug -> Attach to Process command to attach to both python.exe processes that get spawned (you can attach to as many as you wish at the same time and debug them side by side that way). You will likely need to add some code to prevent your Python scripts from running until you can attach (e.g. an input() call).
